	-	pick up of the animal on 365 days/year either at the owner or at the veterinarian
	-	pick up happens on the same day after calling or arrangement
	-	account either with the pet owner or with the veterinarian possible
	-	brochures with informations and prices in english
	-	english speaking contact on phone and on paper
	-	VAT deduction, requires a VAT form
